Mohamad and his team have just finished my ensuite renovation today and it looks amazing! The job took 4 weeks from demolition to fantastic end result and was a great experience. Mohamad knows bathrooms inside out. He is highly skilled, professional, courteous and very approachable. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly and cheerfully addressed by Mohamad. The organisation and efficiency of him and his team was something to see! The job also involved remodelling of ensuite and walk in wardrobe doorways to finish the look and I couldn't be happier with the result. The experience of all trades involved showed in the quality finishes. We recently had two of our bathrooms renovated by Mohammad and his team and we’re very happy with the results. The project was completed on time and within budget, and Mo helped us translate our design vision into reality. From the start, Mo visited the site to provide a realistic quote and communicated clearly with us even before the work began. During the renovation he kept us informed about what the team planned to complete each day or week and let us know when decisions were needed from us (such as tiles, paint, and fixtures), so we always knew what was happening. Our bathrooms were in quite poor condition due to years of unresolved leaks and some questionable past DIY work, so a few issues came up along the way. What we really appreciated was that Mo consistently recommended doing the right long-term fix rather than the cheapest or quickest option, addressing root causes instead of applying temporary band-aid solutions. Mo and his team were also very respectful of the space, cleaning up at the end of each day and responding quickly to feedback. My husband and I cannot praise highly enough the full renovation of our ensuite completed by Mohamad and his team. After months of pain with an insurance company, Mohamad stepped in and worked closely with us from the initial quote. Mohamad assisted us with selecting only good quality fixtures and fittings and helped us source these at competitive or discount prices. Mohamad was professional at all times and went out of his way to make everything as seamless as possible. Mohamad went above and beyond and was meticulous in all the work he and his team of trades completed. Mohamad was always on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Mohamad and his team and are so thankful for the beautiful ensuite we now have. Mohamad and his whole team have been terrific  - they are excellent communicators, always show up on time, do very detailed work and work hard to get things done on time.  We're feeling incredibly fortunate to have Mohamad and his team working with us so well - especially as we discovered termite damage upon demolition snd had to rejig our timeline and include extra works.  Mohamad is a great project manager and made this all seamless for us which took off a lot of stress.  The work is beautiful and we're so pleased with our new bathroom, toilet, laundry and doors. Also, Mohamad and his team are simply nice human beings and great to interact with! Thanks so much indeed, Mohamad, Bader and all the team! M&L Bathroom Renovations are the best of the best. Mohamad and his team turned my old, sad, leaky little bathroom into the bathroom of my dreams. Not only is Mohamad professional, reliable, hard working and efficient but he is also extreamly knowledable about what he does. He went above and beyond to guide me to design and create a beautiful, functional space my son and I will enjoy for years to come. The team literally worked non stop and somehow managed to find time to keep me updated the entire way through the job, answering all my silly questions along the way. Our bathroom was old and had a leakage in the back of the shower, so we found M&L Renovations Melbourne and Mohamed was able to fully renovate our bathroom and now looks beautiful and brand new! He was very easy to communicate with and he helped us find someone to do underpinning for the bathroom in the backyard. He was efficient, kind and helpful and would highly recommend M&L Bathroom Renovations!
